The sp is dead (currently), but with infill drilling, there is likely to be 2M oz Au at Friday-Petsite. With scant drilling, and a frankly short drilling season last year in the Deadwood (Zones), I hardly think they've scratched the surface. In terms of hyperdlution, this one is risky. How will they get to the next drill season?

I agree that junior exploration companies are a tough business. They have to accomplish a great deal while their haven't released too many shares. In this case, they spent a great deal of time consolidating a land package. They have proven up a significant resource at Friday-Petsite, but it took a while. It is bulk mineralization at Friday-Petsite

I don't think Deadwood has been given a real look. This however will take a cash infusion. How this will take place will be critical. It is dead until we have a clear vision forward. But there is a resource here. Will it benefit the shareholders?
