My thoughts as well. Thanks Panamax.

Intriguing to think about. A spin off could have been done quite a while ago. But, why was it held in abeyance? The delay makes me think there have been other considerations and deliberations at work here. Something else other than just a spin off may have been, or may be, a part of the delay; weighing all options; recently announcing and doing an in house Tenhnical report; and, as well as having an independent study done coupled with an on site visit by an expert, Dr. Keyes, I think, on what we have and the best options for proceeding with it. Then the addition of another Board member with expertese that would lend itself to other options. . . .

We may never know if there was some other consideration being contemplated, when all is said and done. For the moment, based on the history of the Chrome MT. disposition issue and delay, I am of the opinion that it is possible that something else has been or is being weighed. Perhaps Del and the Board will be having a "sit down" to decide whatever options are before them and to make a final decision sooner rather than later. I expect so. Further delays would only serve to reinforce my suspicion that something else besides a spin off is at work here.
