Mr. Steiner began his career in the junior exploration and mining sector in 1980 as an attorney and consultant specializing in environmental and mining law. Mr. Steiner was formerly President, CEO and Director of Idaho Consolidated Minerals Corp. (ICMC). During his tenure at ICMC, Mr. Steiner was involved in the development of over 600,000 oz Au on the Orogrande Shear Zone in Idaho, USA. He was also instrumental in helping Bema Gold obtain the original permitting for the Buffalo Gulch Gold Mine in 1992, prior to the mine being put on care and maintenance. Mr. Steiner took Premium Exploration public in the Spring of 2006 and is a Director of SNS Silver Corp.

Mr. Smith’s background includes experience in operating and exploration mining companies throughout North and South America. He brings audit experience from two of Vancouver’s highly respected audit and accounting firms and has audit experience in mining companies with reporting for TSX, TSX Venture and AMEX. His management background extends over 20 years and includes a diverse variety of operations and organizations. He was previously the CFO for Aurcana Mining Corporation a silver producer in Mexico. Mr. Smith is currently a senior manager at Johnsen Archer, LLP.
Barney Green Lee Portillo

Barney Green Lee Portillo, VP Mining Development-Mexico
Mr. Portillo is a licensed Mineral Surveyor Consultant and has worked in the Mexican mining industry for 25 years as a Landman and Survey Engineer. He has worked with the Mexican Federal Government (Federal Mining Bureau) and has experience in mining, labour employment and property law with additional expertise in topography and surveying techniques. Mr. Portillo has project management experience and has worked with several major mining companies such as Barrick Gold, Glamis Gold and Kimber Resources.
Michael Ostenson, P.Geo.
VP Exploration
Mr. Ostenson, is an experienced gold, platinum and palladium exploration geologist. He has been with Premium since May 2009 as the head Project Geologist for the Company’s Idaho Gold projects and has been directly involved with the planning and execution of the Phase I, II and current drill programs. He is familiar with the geology and surrounding area having worked on the Idaho Gold properties with previous operators since 2004 and having been an integral part of the team in the delineation of the current resource. Mr. Ostenson also brings mining and mine development expertise from his experience as a platinum and palladium geologist for six years in the Stillwater Complex, Montana, USA, including experience with Stillwater Mining Company as an Ore Grade Control Geologist and a Gold Mine Geologist with AngloGold Corp at its Jerritt Canyon Mine in Elko, Nevada, USA. Mr. Ostenson has a Bachelor of Science (Earth Sciences) from the Montana State University, USA.

Ms. Maxwell brings 15 years of business experience to her position as Corporate Secretary with Premium Exploration. Her commitment to corporate governance fits with our policy for responsible growth that is centered on the long-term success of the Company. She is an active member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS). Prior to joining Premium in 2005, Ms. Maxwell held a series of progressively senior positions as a project manager for various large scale private and public projects including the development and implementation of media and marketing plans with Sutton Javelin Corporate Communications and Rapid Transit 2000 Ltd., Millennium Line.
