Prize Mining Corporation Issues Shares Under Option Amending Agreement

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 22, 2009) - Prize Mining Corporation ("Prize") (TSX VENTURE:PRZ) announces that it has issued 200,000 common shares to Lenard Diduck pursuant to the Option Amending Agreement dated January 15, 2009. The common shares are subject to a four month hold period that expires on May 23, 2009.
