It's been two years....

OK, it's been two years and in that time Prize Mining has fired their CEO, added new board members, had a stock consolidation, sold the Yellowjacket Gold Project, completed a private offering, had their stock value reduced to almost zero, etc., etc.... It seems the only project on record is the Muskox PGE Project which has no gold prospects. Is Prize planning any new acquistions? Is this company dead? Anybody have any insights?
