Travel industry is one of the most competitive industry. Combined with technology and media, travel industry has been the forefront of new technology and adaptation.

I really like the way social networking has totally changed the marketing and media. No more the inc.'s with big bucks makes the rules. Right product at the right place at the right price should have a small change to the phrase. It should add seek and find the right customer at the right time.

I agree with the comments of the earlier post by traveller - it is a new age of marketing and media relationship.
