I gather the future of the industry will be packaging of flights, hotels, car rentals or cruises. Companies that will be able to package the best deals will be able to drive customers. Social network will play an important role in driving traffic on to the website of the travel provider. Successful social network on the travel agent site will keep the traffic or demand part of the equation attracting suppliers.
