Online travel in Europe

North America is way ahead of Europe in adopting web tools, productivity not only in travel but in other industries as well. However this trend now has caught up in Europe and web 2.0 tools are increasingly used in online travel. The online travel industry in Europe is a $50 billion industry and growing much faster compared to office stores which are facing stagnation in growth.
