volume observations

I don't know what to make of the volume situation. Volume wasn't too bad for the first quarter of this year. But the second quarter was almost non existent. Thoughts anyone? I don't know if it was the economy or the company reconfiguring. My expectations are certainly higher for Q3 with new ventures the company is coming out with.
