Highly doubtful... usually Friday afternoon NRs are not positive.

Having said that, KXL did have an NR on Fri Sept 28 late on the acquisition of more property. Similar to Wed's NR. They are also hosting investor tours again this weekend so they may want to halt to keep the rumor mill from spinning out of control until the NR next week. I'm expecting a NR Tues/Wed next week. Or maybe they are waiting for the slam dump during their presentation at the Toronto Conference on the 22nd.

Who really knows other than it will in days - rather than weeks.
