The run up has been great, but if the news is not spectacular then we will have a major pull back. So some things that make me pause and think are...
1) Why is Kodiak now doing <b>two</b> work shops this weekend... only junior to do it as far as I can tell AND this is a <b>recent change</b> in the schedule.
2) Out of all the juniors I own, they are the only one to release a NR saying they are at the show. Perhaps this is because of the schedule change.
3) They've had 5 NRs in the past week.
4) They send out NRs immediately by email - better than any other junior I own.
5) They are conducting tours - past two weekends.
6) They've added a Chinese version of their site (past weekend).
7) New land acquisitions are now small print on NRs and not "the" NR.
They are doing extraordinary IR things to get the word out to as many people as possible... on what appears to be an extraordinary strike. So... what gives here?
Are they betting the farm that the assays will be good? Seems to be a really risking proposition and a very expensive one - new website, extra work shop, new land acquisitions etc...
Doesn't make sense. I think they know exactly what they are doing and what they've got.
Can you imagine the spectacular share collaspse if the assays suck... heads would roll. Kodiak would be black listed... law suits likely .... another Bre-X.

To me, they are trying to create the perfect storm to be "the gold story" for 2007. Nothing else is making any sense to me...
Now, having said this... I still can't believe it. I'm looking for holes. Pulling my fingers back from the sell button.
It just seems to good to be true... but maybe it is... this time.
Why would they go to these great lengths in such a short period of time if this was not "huge".

One last thing to remember... this is still not KXL's all time high. They were above 2.50 back in Feb 06. That was before Hercules... hmmmmm
