The last quarterly report( March 31,2009) for Kirrin has pre-share consolidation numbers. The link provided by Tibber has the correct post consolidation share numbers. The warrants number about 4.2 mil and I agree they will likely expire in November. Looks like the Hercules program is the only iron in the fire this summer.
