a bidding war ?? I hope not, starting at the present SP level of low 80'. Can you imagine some " war " starts with a 30 - 40 % premium. That puts the SP in the $ 1.00 - 1.15 range.

I would call this a graet steal, but too little even for shorts and the longs will still suffer.
