I like the idea of strategic metal production in stable and politically friendly N. America. Production could start from 18 months to 2 years from now, cobalt prices and demand are rising, a lot of the engineering and exploration work was done by Canmine (now defunct)and there are only 24.6 million shares.

As at October 31, 2009 the Company had cash, equivalents and one year term deposit on hand of $2,638,360.00. Which would be better than 10c per share; not too shabby @ 23cents.
