Q-Gold holds an option with a private third party (not ASARCO) on a tract adjacent to ASARCO’s Ray copper mine in Arizona. We do not currently have any plans for this property this year, but, subject to financing or obtaining a partner, will look to initiate an exploration program on the property in 2010.
