Well now, what is going on? Here's the response I received from Scotia iTrade:

Thanks for choosing Scotia iTrade. We are not aware of prohibition on trade prices on TSXV but here's the exchanges listing rules:

Does anyone want to plow their way through this manual, or is there a quicker answer to the statement by Q-Gold about TSX V prohibiting shares below $0.05?
