The Company announced that pursuant to its NormalCourse Issuer Bid it has purchased a total of 309,000Common Shares on May 16, 2011.125,000 Common Shares were purchased through thefacilities of the TSX in Canada at a price of C$1.03.184,000 Common Shares were purchased through Oslo Borsat a price of NOK 5.80.The Common Shares will be cancelled and returned totreasury.We seek safe harbour.
