QEC - Questerre purchases shares under issuer bid
The Company announced that pursuant to its Normal
Course Issuer Bid it has purchased a total of 359,000
Common Shares on May 18, 2011.175,000 Common Shares were purchased through thefacilities of the TSX in Canada at a price of C$1.03.184,000 Common Shares were purchased through Oslo Borsat a price of NOK 5.96.The Common Shares will be cancelled and returned totreasury.
