Sad to say the average Joe in this province does'nt understand that pollution from coal powered electricity from the states often ends up in our backyards depending on winds .

Quebecers have a short view on economic development and poort judgement concerning energy production and needs for the future . We'd rather send our money out west or to Venezuela and complain about the price of energy .
