Nickel looking slightly up this morning and but needs to hold the $4 barrier in order to hold the prices on a solid bottom. I would guess holding the lows in an important event insofar as I find it highly unlikely Rox would go ahead spending money in the TNB with prices being so depressed. I wouldnt think it would make economic sense. But Im just speculating here.
