I was just taking a look at the 6- month nickel chart and noticed the price bouncing off $4 twice. With certain resources heading to multi-year lows, most notibly oil, I would if we could break that threshold? If so, then who would produce or at these prices? Low prices should create a huge supply deficiency further out down the road.
