This stock looks like it can be a big winner. Rail can not shut down, and the crane tech will also be required.

As investors, we need good management, and some orders right now. You know the teachers pension fund didn't put money into a dog, they had to have down some research. You also don't build a new plant if you don't have orders coming in, combine that with the government throwing in 2.5 mil, it all looks good. The stock is cheap now, and will be "played "by day traders until the price gets up there a bit more. In the mean time it looks like a stock that will be headed higher.
