Redstar Hires Renmark Financial Communications

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 11, 2009) - Redstar Gold Corp. ("Redstar" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:RGC) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications ("Renmark") to provide investor relations services. Renmark is a well-known investor relations company based in Montreal and Toronto that has gained a broad audience of investors.
Scott Weekes, Redstar President, stated: "With drilling underway on two of our gold projects, we feel the timing to broaden our audience of investors, and potential investors is ideal. Renmark has a large audience and we look forward to presenting Redstar to their community of investors. Redstar's focus is on gold exploration in well-known geological regions located in mining-friendly countries. Drilling is currently underway on our Newman Todd project in Red Lake, Ontario. Red Lake is one of the premier gold districts in North America, and has intense interest of the investment community for gold. Drilling is also underway on our Richmond Summit project on the Carlin Trend in Nevada. Richmond Summit is located within 6 kilometers of over 30 million ounces of gold reserves and resources. Redstar expects 2010 to be an extremely active year with continuous news flow. In consideration of the services to be provided by Renmark, the Company has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of $5000.00, plus reimbursement of approved expenses. The agreement with Renmark has a term of 12 months, commencing Dec 1, 2009, and the Company has the right to terminate the agreement at any time after June 31, 2010 by providing Renmark with a 30-day written notice to that effect.
