Regarding the proposed merger

In my opinion, the proposed merger is a good thing overall.......cost savings, management focus, listing on the Venture Ex etc.

Speaking for myself, when I first invested in Rencore and Bold I tried to determine which company was most likely to be the first to make a new discovery. I decided to invest in both companies, but with a larger portion in Rencore. Bold has some excellent anomalies also, including some in an area of the ROF where RNC does not have claims.

I like the fact that I will now be exposed fully, to any discovery made on any of the anomalies.
