Bold has been halted since November 7th, because the TSX Venture exchange wanted additional information from the company regarding Rencore's 43-101 technical report (see RNC's news release of June 16th,2011), as it pertains to the proposed merger of Bold and Rencore.

Rencore has continued to trade since the CNSX was satisfied with the existing documentation.

Now, with both companies trading, it will be interesting to see, at what price they each trade.
