Powered by compressed air and a small gasoline engine, Zero Pollution Motors says it will introduce its new model to the U.S. market soon with a price tag between $18,000 and $20,000 and fuel economy equivalent to 100 mpg. At low speeds, the only gas coming out of the tailpipe is air.
