Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Roche - Starting to sell cardio tests this month in N. America and will begin marketing in 8 Asian countries in the 2nd half of this year. Other markets world wide in 2010, 2011.

3M - RSV - clinical work complete and submission for 510k review in April, aiming to have clearance for Fall 2009.

Shionogi - BNP, Japan only and the single channel reader

New opportunities are being investigated, cancer, coagulation, gynecological, and kidney and in discussion with multiple diagnostic players

Potential production capacity greater than 15million assorted tests a year would be about $100 million a year in revenue.

New facility has passed FDA QSIT audit inspection late last Aug

Cash Burn - reduced from $1.3 million to less than $0.7 million per month, cash should last through June 09 seeking alternative financing including debt financing
