Its only opinion on my part that short interest needs to drop significantly before we see the PPS move significantly. The reason for my view...I am of the opinion that, yes, those selling RVX are smarter and perhaps privy to information that the bleacher crowd isn't. I further think (given the small number of shorted shares in relation to the OS count) that those shorting are doing so in an effort to accumuluate....
