The last number given was the presentation in Rome around the end of Aug. which was around 600. There were just over 170 clinics recruiting patients up until the AGM at which time 20 more clinics were added in Russia. If we estimate recruiting at .5 to .7 patients per clinic per month we will be very close. The other thing that was mentioned in the past is that RVX would have safety data on 1000 patients when they met with the FDA. I don't have any idea how long it takes to get safety data from a test subject so I could only guess at 2 weeks to a month. To sum up, based on the above I would say we are very close or at 1000 patients and could just be waiting for the safety data...all of which is out of direct control of RVX. Tiawan will also come on stream shortly if it hasn't already.
