Koo,  I'm not sure why any of Eastern, HL or especially NGN would not be receptive to the right CVR deal. I think they would likely evaluate the merits of a deal like any other investor.  Case by case; I don't subscribe to the theory that Eastern wants to reinvent the wheel and become a big pharma. In my view that track would be way to costly and time consuming.  I think Eastern would look favourably at a CVR that would turn this investment into an immediate guaranteed profit with success based royalties potentially down the road, as well as take them off the LoC hook. I think HL would likely be over the moon happy to get a deal which would make an immediate profit on their relatively short investment and leave them with the rights to apabetalone in their defined territory. NGN as the longest term investor would probably love to see some money finally returned from this investment with the potential to still make a sizeable profit.
