Thanks fouremm 38 is 28+ but it's all good. Personally I can't see any BP at all interested in RVX not wanting to tie us up in one way shape or form if we have a successful Futility Study. The risk then shifts to All interested BPs as the potential for losing significant future sales increases parabolically when the study results come out.

If my ear to the ground is anywhere close to correct there are about six companies in the hunt. That is of course just conjecture at this point.
