Bear posted on SH, about sites being added in Russia and Taiwan as per the most recent Zacks report...that the meetings have taken place and....oh heck I'm messing up what he said, here's the cut and paste.

Monday can't get here quick enough...It goes beyond straining credulity (that's my new pet expression) that they would be making all these plans without knowing how they're going to pay for it all.
