I'm guessing that the brokers behind the trade ''want'' it to set the closing price....but then someone else comes along and changes it.
$2 is the close, uh uh, I say its $1.96.....no I said $2 jerk. You guys shut up, the closing price is $1.99, to heck with that make it $1.97.....
