3 Million Units = 3 Million Shares plus 1.5 Million Warrants, at $1.50 / Unit. I assume CDN$.

Approx. $1.35 / share (4 months hold), $0.30 / Warrant (good for 4 years).

Good deal if there is good news by year end.
