I like the simple common sense yet creativite approach here. You should apply for CEO at RVX. They're not hiring, but tey should be. 

Barring a complete and acute game-changing catastrophe for either/both companies, and who knows how close we are? ... $2.60-3.00 pps should be the minimum acceptable "out" price. That would at least get a lot of "sunk" investment capital back to the key players and whales (Dart/Hepa/etc). And while that is not crazy exciting, it is a LOT better than writing it off. I'm just trying to sit tight with my good friends and fellow investors Ken Dart and Hepa right now, hoping we all get our investment money back out "plus" whatever we can realize above the basis. 

If the science and safety really are "all that, and a bag of chips" then this might be shaping up as an all-timer for management blunders. But, let's see what happens, it's not over till it's over. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearly Harbor?! :)
