TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 12, 2009) - Richmond Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RMD) announces a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to $200,000 through the issuance of up to 4,000,000 units, each unit consisting of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the warrants.
