This stocks S/P has really been beaten down

from a high over 1.20 in mid 2006 to todays lows around .15. two years and running for the descent; but there is a ray of light atr the end of the tunnel for all RLL investors.

This stock is approaching washout status and value buying will soon repalce desperate selling as the stock is findingf that it just cant go any lower.
