Red...nice post but the last sentence says it all..."A feasibility study has not been completed". Not sure why this has not been addressed to this point as without it the banks won't touch them and the environmental permitting may not be aquired without it. Also an Environmental Assessment (EA) study must be completed before MNR will permit anything. A water taking permit to dewater the shaft may also be rerquired as maybe a wter disposal permit of sorts. Where do they plan to dispose of the mine shaft water. It will take millions of gallons and the MNR and MOE will be interested to know of any impacts to the water body that they dispose of it into. All I've ever read is about their discoveries and Au/t estimates. There is a long road ahead of them before production can start up.

There seems to be all sorts of grandious plans but they must be supported by the proper documentation and submissions. Can someone tell me the real story. Where is Roxmark at with respect to these issues. Is this a house of cards????
