Roxmark Warrants & the sale of RMK shares to cover the $314,000 warrant subscription is likely done.

As at the date of the MD&A, (Nov. 12, 2009) a total of 6,957,162 warrants are outstanding.

The outstanding “in the money” common share purchase warrants as at the date of this MD&A are:

Expiry Date No. of Warrants Price $/share

9-Dec-2010 1,428,571 x $0.07 = $100,000.

9-Dec-2010 1,425,571 x $0.15 = $214,000.

Total warrants / in the money: 2,853, 142 / proceeds to treasury $314,000.

Stock Options: During September 2009, a total of 1,450,000 stock options were exercised. An aggregate of 2,900,000 stock options were outstanding as of the date of the MD&A for a term of five years from the dates of the grants; the exercise price per share ranging from $0.10 to $0.23.
