I smell a rat. This Placement is so terrible I can only assume insiders in the company purposely did it to lower the stock price so they could buy more shares or they are getting a kickback from the broker.

15 cent shares and warrants on a stock that so recently traded at 27 cents is is my mind just criminal it can't be explained away by the market or ignorance.

I will be watching the insider trading and hope to get a regulatory agency to investigate the broker of this disaster of a placement. By making the warrants 20 cents for a year they have limited the stock 7 cents below what it recently traded at.
