SNS Silver Announces $750,000 Flow Through Financing
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Dec 4, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
SNS Silver Corporation ("SNS" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SNS) intends to complete a non brokered flow through private placement of 3.75 million units, at a price of 20 cents per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000. Each unit will comprise one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable to purchase one common share of the company, at a price of 30 cents per share, for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to advance the company's recently acquired Emerald Lake Gold Project in Ontario Canada.
