David Greenway
CEO, Director

Mr. Greenway is currently the President and CEO of SNS Silver Corp. His extensive knowledge in the market area and his priceless contact base makes Mr. Greenway an invaluable asset. He was highly instrumental in the acquisition of The Crescent Mine in The Silver Valley in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

David Greenway studied at Nelson College on the tip of New Zealand’s South Island, later transferring to Poole College in Poole, England. He then attended Bournemouth University where he studied Accounting and Finance.

Ron Ho
CFO

Mr. Ho was most recently an equity analyst at Raymond James, where he was responsible for sector institutional research. Mr. Ho is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Brian White
Staff Geologist for the Crescent Mine

Mr. White has been involved in applied exploration and rock mechanics research in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District for 30 years. During this time he has worked for all of the major mining companies in the area and in nearly all the active mines. His personal experience and knowledge of the region is unmatched. He substantially reinterpreted the major tectonism of the Coeur d'Alene district and the Lewis and Clark line.

Lisa Hardy
Sr. Geologist, A.B., M.S.

Ms. Hardy has extensive experience in exploration, development and production phases of underground metal mines, with an emphasis on sampling procedures, metals accounting, and resource evaluation of precious metals deposits. She has worked as a production or project geologist at the Bunker Hill and Lucky Friday mines in the Coeur d'Alene mining district, and at Hecla's Golden Promise mine in Republic, WA. She also acted as Mine Geologist and Senior Geologist at Sunshine Mining and Refining. Currently, she is a director of OFM Research, Inc., a private not-for-profit corporation founded to promote the study of mineral thermo chemistry. Lisa Hardy received an A.B. in Geological Sciences from Cornell University at Ithaca, NY in 1981, and a M.S. of Geology from University of Georgia at Athens, GA in 1987.

Ms. Hardy is a Licensed Geologist and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. She is a past president (1995-1996) of the Coeur d'Alene chapter of the Society of Mining Engineers.

Craig Durick
Mine Superintendent

Mr. Durick is a third-generation miner with more than 20 years experience in a wide range of underground mining operations, including raise, production and drift mining, mine rehabilitation, and ore processing. Mr. Durick will be overseeing rehabilitation and exploration activities at the Crescent mine.

Mr. Durick has worked for a variety of major silver producers including Asarco, Coeur D'Alene mines, Sunshine Mining Co., the New Bunker Hill Mining Co., and U.S. Silver and Bunker Limited Partnership. Mr. Durick was also involved with the closure of the Crescent mine in 1990. Mr. Durick is an alumnus of North Idaho College and the University of Idaho, and Mr. Durick is certified as a maintenance electrician by the State of Idaho.

Jesse Bird
Geologist

Jesse is a 2006 graduate of the University of Idaho with a B.Sc in Geology and since 2004 has been a Geological Cartographer and GIS Assistant to the Idaho Geological Survey.

Jesse focused much of his undergraduate study on the Revett Formation as it runs through the Silver Belt of which the Crescent Mine is a central part.

Mr. Bird authored a report on the silver district during his studies entitled “The Noxon Arch: Thickness of the Revett Formation throughout northern Idaho and western Montana,” and co-authored “Late Cretaceous and Tertiary structure of the western Idaho and Orofino shear zones.” He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Geological Society of America.

John P. Ryan
Director

Mr. Ryan has extensive experience with development-stage companies, most recently as the Chairman of U.S. Silver Corporation since April 2006, also serving as Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Silver Corporation until May 1, 2007. Mr. Ryan served as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of High Plains Uranium, Inc. (a uranium exploration and production company)(“High Plains”) from incorporation until September 2006. During the period of 1996 until 2006, he held various positions with Cadence Resources Corporation, a U.S. public natural resources company, including Vice President of Corporate Development (1996-2005), Secretary (1998-2006) and a director (1997-2005). Other companies with which Mr. Ryan holds an officer and/or director position include Bio-Quant, Inc., Nevada-Comstock Mining Company, Great Wall Gold Corporation, Sundance Diamonds Corporation, TN Oil Co. and Dotson Exploration Company. Mr. Ryan attended the University of Idaho where he received a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering, and he also received a Juris Doctor from Boston College. Mr. Ryan is a former U.S. Naval Officer.

Del Steiner
Director

Mr. Steiner began his career in the junior exploration and mining sector in 1980 as an attorney and consultant. He specializes in operations, property contract and negotiation, and environmental mining law and permitting. Currently Mr. Steiner is the President, CEO and Director of Premium Exploration, a TSX-V listed company. He has a B.A. from Lewis Clark State College, Idaho 1968, and a J.D., at the University of Idaho 1974.

Ralph W. Kettell
Director

Mr. Kettell is the founder of Concentric Energy Corp., a privately held uranium company, the principal asset being the Anderson uranium property in Arizona. He is also a Founding Partner of Nevada Sunrise, LLC, a private gold exploration company that controls 20 gold, silver and copper properties, primarily in Nevada, most of which host known mineral resources. Finally, he is a Founder of AuEx, Inc., a Nevada gold and silver exploration company, and a Founder of North Range Resources Ltd., a mineral exploration company with a number of gold and base metals properties in Newfoundland. Mr. Kettell was formerly the Marketing Director of 321gold.com, a leading precious metals website. Mr. Kettell holds a BS degree and also an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Alexander B. (Al) Korelin
Board of Advisors

Mr. Korelin has worked with mining and resource companies for the past twenty years as both an advisor and a Director and he has been involved with the Silver Valley Mining Association in Idaho for the past five years. Mr. Korelin founded A.B. Korelin and Associates, specializing in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory compliance filing for foreign-based public mining companies. Mr. Korelin is also the host of the Korelin Economics Report, an internationally syndicated radio program dealing with finance and politics. Mr. Korelin holds an MBA from the University of Puget Sound in Finance and International Trade and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
