TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 27, 2010) - Further to Bulletin 2010-0512 announcing the listing of the common shares of Strategic Resource Acquisition Corporation (the "Company"), the Company has announced a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each twelve (12) pre-consolidation common shares. There will be no fractional shares issued. Shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole share.
Trading will commence on a post-consolidated basis Friday, May 28, 2010. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 8.2 million shares.
