I posed 3 specific questions and got 3 specific answers...
1. The contract miners have been assigned to the mechanized zone at the bottom of the Deep Rice Lake Ramp and are workng on the High Grade vein in that area... this area was described in the May 25 NR as follows...
"The 96 vein at 5,400 feet in depth has been crosscut with assay results yielding an average of 1.81 ounces per ton gold (62.0 grams per tonne) over an average width of 5.5 feet (1.7 metres)...
The 96 vein is anticipated to be approximately 500 feet long and is open at depth."
In the 43-101 this area of the 96 vein was calculated at .42oz/t uncut. if the grades from the assay results prove accurate that will increase the resource in the vein from 15384oz to 66297oz not includng anything below 75 feet under the 4730 level (open at depth).
2. approx 3 to 5 months of further development work (drifts, raises, decline ramp from 26 level) is required on the high grade veins (26 level to 31 level) to prepare them for active shrinkage stope mining.
3. the new 43-101 will see most of its changes to resource numbers in the D-shaft zone.
