Goldshore is owned 100% by Goldshore Syndicate Inc and is not burdened by any royalty or carried net profit interests. An annual expenditure in lieu of development of aproximately $5000 per mineral disposition is required by the Manitoba government to maintain the claims in good standing.
Goldshore is located along the east shore of Lake Winnipeg at the west end of the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt. Access is by an all weather gravel road traversing the property, or alternately, by boat from Lake Winnipeg.
The property is underlain by a 1.5 kilometer wide belt of Archean volcanic/metavolcanic rock in contact with a quartz diorite intrusive.
