Golden Pocket Resources is currently in discussions with a number of potential investors and financing participants. We are in on-going negotiations with three public mining companies related to possible joint ventures and/or share exchanges. We are also discussing financing options with two bank brokerage firms as well as independent brokers. There has been interest expressed by individual investors who are interested in taking a position and providing capital.

In each case where the company is in discussions with another party confidentiality and non disclosure agreements are in place.

There continues to be significant interest expressed in the property and there are a number of alternatives that will see the property further developed. All the claims continue to be in good standing with the Mines Branch.
