I can see how you have come to the 7.40 sharevalue, but I think your math might be flawed.

After you factor in the value of the promissory note, the deal is worth $219,300,000 for 67,500,000 shares. That makes out to a deal of almost 3.25 per share.

If 42% of the company is 67,500,000 shares, then there should be 160,700,000 shares outstanding. If 42% of the company is valued at 219,300,000 then the company at 100% would be valued at that price, 522,142,857.

Divide that by the shares outstanding and you would still have 3.25

As of this post the shares were trading at 2.80, which would be a premium of 45 cents for this deal.

I hope that i have this right, if anyone cares to comment, would this have been a good deal for a junior exploration company turning into a producer? and how would SGR be perceived in a similar deal given these numbers?
