Yes, it all is looking good. If our management is in it for the long run, then I certainly hope we get that production this year. I don't want us going back to the market for cash.
The feeling and it's just a feeling that I'm starting to get, however, is that the goal is to get a decent 43-101 and then sell the company to an interested buyer. Should that occur within 6-12 months, I would expect the price would certainly be under $5.00/share, perhaps well under. Proving up a large resource, if it is there, would take a lot longer to justify any large premium to the traded price. Just think about how many times you've seen a takeover at over 40% of trading price - almost never. Obviously, I hope to be wrong on that.
Certainly our best bet is to be in it for another 3-4 years from my estimation since I do feel that the POG will be above $2500 by then and we could have a lot of ounces on several upgraded 43-101s. Somehow I don't think this management is going to be that patient with the ownership they have.
If we are in it for the long haul, then the POG volatility I expect will create a lot of opportunities to add SGR along the way as I expect it would fly and get beaten up just as often.
