I need poke only one hole big enough for the whole debate...

You are still working with the notion that the Impotent Directors can get it up (the "it" being real estate).

Need you be reminded that your suggestion has been tried before... when FDR devalued the US money supply by 70% real estate prices kept dropping for another 8 years.

So even when they drop their pants (metaphorically speaking again) the Directors prove themselves Impotent.
