"you feel that according to elliot wave theory our next move in gold is $680.00. "
Even more telling of that tale is Prechter's "All the Same Market" proposition... so yes I continue to hold to my position that has, so far, proven correct ... that Gold will find a low in the range indicated before it makes a new high... simply put, Deflation must end before inflation can begin.
"read the NR maybe you should take your own advice."
I am unsure of the point you are trying to make since you are quoting a 2006 NR that supports the point I was making about production in 2005 not being at all relevant.. you even go on to support my point further by typing "Spoke to Dale Ginn at the Calgary show in the Spring of 2005 I beleive. At that time he had told me that things were great at the mine, no worries, be in production within the year." Now look at the date of the NR you quoted... well within 1 year of your conversation and it announces they are in production with "The crushing circuit is now operating with belt sampling of the crushed material from the new San Gold #1 Mine currently taking place as part of the bulk sampling procedures." Of course the production Dale spoke of was intended to be from RL... but before 2005 was up they changed that plan and decided to build a mine at SG1.
If the point you were gettinga t was about this..."San Gold management is currently evaluating development options at the two mine sites in order to accelerate and increase planned production from its base plan of 800 tons per day before the end of 2006." then I can only point out that "evaluating options" is a far cry from an established and announced plan!
"the impression that the mothballed mine only neede a little bit of tweaking to get it up and runnig. No worries mate.Lets just say that story changed."
Yes it changed... reality set in... not to mention the discovery that the D-shaft veins are much higher grade than any one before suspected... kinda the way for 4 years in a row the plan at Red Lake changed year after year with production start up being delayed again and again...
why??? because every year they found more high grade gold that caused them to alter the plan and expand the development to maximize the long term profitability of the property... If you held G back then and kept holding you are in hinddsight celebrating every on eof those delays... mineing in1995... no we will start in 1996 ... no we will wait till 1997.. wait a second this is huge we better develop it properly and wait till 1999... okay we're ready now... lets toss out that union and get things going again. Yippie!!!
In 5 years time we can tell a similar story about San (sans union). hindsight will be 20/20.
"And as a matter of fact where are the results? All we were ever told by SGR was that the back up was not at their end but at the assay labs end. Those labs seem to be pretty quiet right now. So now the back up is at SGRs end."
The "back up" discussed was of the samples sent in... not all the drill core sitting in the shacks! If it is not sent the lab your "back-ups" are not relevant. As noted in a previous post (see Dale's recent interview) it takes about 50 holes to hit one intersection on a new targetted zone... do you think all 50 get sent to the lab... no only the one that has the intersection... and we see the NR only after they can verify the results.
"SGR dropped the ball for the mining camp. Lots of geologists, miners available but no where to put them. You research it."
I agree... they could have and should have been much better prepaired in this area.
"wonder why also the missed production #'s have been deleted from the archived NRs"
I am concerned about this and would ask that you provide details. When they changed the web site a couple years ago I noticed 1 NR went missing... fortunately I had it archived myself... but I never noticed any edits to the NR's... please enlighten me so I can check it against my archives.
"Im tired I'm going to bed."
Hope you slept well.
